辽宁省机械装备动力学可靠性重点实验室,2007年经辽宁省科技厅批准成立。实验室主要依托金沙威尼斯欢乐娱人城“机械设计及理论”国家重点学科,是学校“985工程”和“双一流”重点建设单位的重要组成部分,经过几年的建设,实验室已经形成了一支高水平的研究队伍,具备了一流的基础设施和装备,并且在科学研究中取得了重大进展,成为在本领域具有国际影响的科研机构之一。
实验室以中国科学院院士闻邦椿教授为学术带头人,拥有学术水平高、年龄与知识结构合理的学术梯队,现有固定人员26人,其中,教授13人、副教授10人、博士生导师13人,具有教育部新世纪优秀人才、辽宁省“百千万人才工程”等高层次专家称号人员数近10人,客座人员9人。实验室现有面积3000多平方米,设备总价值2000多万元。
实验室以旋转机械、航空发动机、数控机床、振动设备和机器人等机械产品和装备为主要研究对象,围绕动力学与可靠性开展的主要研究方向有:动力学特性与响应分析、动态设计理论与方法、转子动力学、可靠性与失效分析、振动测试与故障诊断、振动利用与控制等科学理论和应用技术方面的研究。在机械振动与动力学、转子动力学和振动同步等方向的理论研究和技术应用与开发方面具备国内领先和国际先进水平。
近年来,实验室承担和完成一系列机械装备动力学与可靠性等方面的国家重大科研课题。国家重大专项计划项目、国家973项目和国家863项目近10项,国家自然科学基金项目30余项,企业合作横向项目20余项;荣获国家科技进步奖二等2项,获省部级一等奖以上奖励5项,获批国家发明专利50余项,软件著作权30余项,发表被SCI和EI收录的学术论文400余篇,出版专著20余部,主编《机械设计手册》(第5版和第6版)等。
实验室重视学术交流,尤其注重与著名大学、研究机构和企业的联合,已与国内外20余家科研院所、企业建立了实质性合作关系。
Key Laboratory of Dynamics and Reliability of Mechanical Equipment, Liaoning Province
The key Laboratory of Dynamics and Reliability of Mechanical Equipment, Liaoning Province, was founded in 2007 under the approval of the Department of Science and Technology of Liaoning Province. The laboratory mainly relies on the national key discipline of “Mechanical Design and Theory” in the School of Mechanical Engineering and Automation in Northeastern University. It is an important component of the university’s “Project 985” and “Double First-class” construction organization. Since the past few years, a high-level research team has been formed with first-rate infrastructure and equipment, and a series of significant progress in scientific research has been made. The Laboratory has become one of the scientific research institutions with international reputation in this field.
The laboratory’s academic leader is Prof. Bangchun Wen, who is an academician of Chinese Academy of Sciences. And the academic echelon is grouped with high academic level and reasonable age and knowledge structure. Currently, 26 staffs are working in the Lab. Among them, there are 13 professors, 10 associate professors, and 13 doctoral supervisors. There are nearly 10 high-level experts such as the Ministry of Education New Century Outstanding Talents, Hundred, Thousand and Ten Thousand Talents of Liaoning Province. The Laboratory’s area is more than 3,000 square meters, and the total value of equipment is more than 20 million yuan.
The main research direction of the Laboratory is the dynamics and reliability of mechanical equipment, just as:rotating machinery, aero-engine,numerical control machine tools, vibratory equipment and robot. It focuses on the basic and applied research on the dynamic characteristic and response analysis, advanced dynamic design theory and methods, reliability and failure analysis, rotor dynamics, vibration testing and fault diagnosis, vibration utilization and control. The research has reached international advanced level in the field of mechanical vibration and dynamics, vibration synchronization and rotor dynamics.
In recent years, the laboratory has completed a series of national major scientific research topics in terms of dynamics and reliability of mechanical equipment. Among them, there are nearly 10 national 973 projects and national 863 projects, as well as more than 30 national natural science funds. Several awards have been received, including a second prize of National Scientific and Technological Progress Award, 5 provincials or ministerial first prize award and a municipal award. In addition, 50 invention patents and 30 software copyrights have been patented. More than 400 academic papers have been published in SCI and EI index systems, and more than 20 monographs have been written, such as Mechanical Design Handbook (5th and 6th Edition).
The laboratory attaches great importance to academic exchanges, with special emphasis on the integration with internationally renowned universities, research institutes and enterprises. It has established substantial cooperation with more than 20 research institutes and enterprises at home and abroad.
